What's the status on my refund / exchange request ?
We process returns once a week, please give us a few days :) If you feel that you are waiting for an unreasonable delay, contact us and provide us with your return tracking number.
I did not receive Zenlap emails !
To keep Zenlap emails (new account, invoice, tracking number) out of the junk box, add service@zenlap.com to your address book : Download service@zenlap.com vcard.
My tracking number isn't working!
It might take up to 24 hours for a carrier to scan your parcel. Try again tomorrow! Still nothing? Contact us!
How fast do you ship?
An order passed before noon is shipped the same day, the next business day otherwise. Within France delivery typically takes 48h, anywhere else in the EU, 2 to 3 additional days might be necessary.Contact us!
Will my laptop fit on the Lapmate?
The different models of Lapmates have different widths (350mm, 450mm, 550mm), but the depth is common to all : 245mm.
How can I adjust the height and angle of the tray?
To adjust the position of the tray, you have to adjust the different joints of your Lapmate. To do so, press the button of the joint, try different angles until you find a comfortable setting, then release. It's locked and secure.
Where can I download the user manual?
It is usually available for download at the end of the product page.
My mouse / keyboard does not work!
Basic checks : make sure that the batteries are not empty, try to reset it, restart your computer, try your ergonomic mouse / keyboard on a other computer, (re-)read the user manual. Should the problem remain unsolved, visit our customer service page (refund / exchange process).
Do you charge VAT? Should I pay it?
Our logistics warehouse being based in France, a VAT of 19,6% is included in all our prices and should be paid by French companies and EU individuals. VAT is clearly displayed on our invoices. Non-EU citizens are able to order without VAT by selecting a shipping address outside of the EU during the checkout process. We are at the moment unable to allow EU companies outside of France to directly order without VAT : we can however refund VAT anytime upon request.
Do you have a showroom / a store?
We only sell online at the moment : but feel free to use our 60 days satisfied or money back guarantee!
Can I get a quote?
Of course! Just send us an email. Quote requests are usually replied within 60 min.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We do! Send us per email or fax us (+33 1 82 88 04 51) your purchase order. You don't have a template of your own? Request a quote and send it back signed and stamped. Don't forget to include your EU-VAT number, a contact email address, shipping and billing addresses.
Do you work with resellers?
We do. For dropshipping simply provide us with distinct billing and shipping addresses: we will not include any document identifying Zenlap in the parcel.
